El Pájaro CDC offers a variety of business-focused trainings from our comprehensive business planning course, Empresari@, to single-session, intensive workshops in marketing and social media, business accounting, business ethics, customer service. Additionally, our annual “Día del Empresario” is a one-day business conference focused on the needs of business owners and start-ups, and the Women in Business Leadership Conference highlights strategies and success stories from women entrepreneurs and leaders. Empresari@ Business Program

Our renovated Empresari@ program is a business education program that integrates adult learning principles and is designed to better address the needs of both aspiring and established entrepreneurs from ou region. The redesigned program consists of two phases. Phase 1: Empresari@ Launching a Business, How Ready Are You?  focuses on evaluating business ideas and assessing entrepreneurial readiness. Phase 2: Empresari@ Launching a Business, Actions Towards a Sustainable Venture guides participants in creating a solid business plan. 

Dia del Empresario

Our one-day regional business conference brings entrepreneurs together for a day of training networking, and inspiration. The conference is presented features opportunities to meet successful business leaders, community resources and lenders.

Women in Business & Leadership Conference

Our one-day business conference empowers, inspires, and elevates women leading change in business and their communities. The event features a Women Leaders Panel, enriching workshops, and the celebration of the well-deserving Mujer Al Mando Award recipient.
