

El Pájaro CDC proudly hosted the Mujer al Mando: Leadership and Business Conference, a day dedicated to cultivating, inspiring, and elevating women who are making a difference in business and their communities.
The conference brought together over 100 entrepreneurs, leaders, and community members for a powerful day of learning, inspiration, and connection. Participants explored strategies to strengthen both their personal and business well-being. From dynamic workshops to an engaging business expo, the event highlighted the resilience, creativity, and impact of women in our communities.

Participants heard inspiring stories and lessons from local entrepreneurs who shared how they stay motivated, energized, and healthy while balancing their businesses, personal lives, and families. They spoke about the challenges they’ve faced, the lessons learned along the way, and how they use their voices as women, mothers, leaders, and entrepreneurs to advocate for others and drive change. The panel also offered encouragement for those who may not yet feel ready to speak up, reminding attendees that every step forward builds confidence.
