José de Jesús is an entrepreneur who launched a food truck driven by his passion for cooking seafood. His menu features popular items such as shrimp, oysters, callo de acha, and fish tacos. Despite the challenges he faced in staying motivated and maintaining a positive mindset, starting this third business has been his greatest achievement. With the support of El Pájaro CDC, José participated in the Empresario classes, which helped him develop his business plan. He successfully opened his food truck and is now serving dishes he loves to his customers.
